1.The machine tool control system adopts SYNTEC system, and other CNC systems are optional.
2.The machine model is capable of 4-axis linkage with dual spindles for simultaneous processing.
Design with dual spindles and dual turrets, under the control of a multi-axis, multi-channel CNC system and post-processing programs, it not only achieves 4-axis linkage processing but also enables automatic part flipping, simultaneous rough and finish turning. It possesses a range of multifunctional capabilities, such as two-spindle processes without interference.
3.Configured with 2 sets of feed axes.
In the highest configuration of this series, there are two sets of X, Y, Z feed axes. Both sets of Y axes feature a rigid rail orthogonal Y-axis structure, providing the machine tool with sufficient milling capabilities.
4.Low resonance, high precision
When the equipment is processing bidirectionally simultaneously, the maximum resonance value is less than 5%, demonstrating outstanding performance. The static docking precision of the dual spindles can reach 0.005mm, and the synchronized docking precision can reach 0.01mm, meeting the requirements of most customers.
