1.The machine tool control system adopts SYNTEC system, and other CNC systems are optional.
2.Dual-spindle efficiency processing
The dual-spindle series lathes are primarily designed to enhance machining efficiency in turning and achieve fully automated processing solutions. Through the automatic flipping function, it's possible to achieve automatic flipping of the workpiece. Once the first spindle completes the first sequence of processing, it can be automatically transferred to the second spindle for the second sequence of processing. Simultaneously, the first spindle can start the first sequence of processing for the next workpiece through automated feeding, thereby realizing a highly efficient fully automated processing method.
3.Diverse Functions, Easy Operation
The dual-spindle structure, assisted by a multi-axis, multi-channel CNC system, simplifies the operation and programming of the machine tool.
4.FD Series with High Rigidity and Optional Feeder
The FD series is composed of a fixed spindle and an active spindle, arranged in a dual-row turret structure corresponding to two spindles. This structure complements the strengths and weaknesses of the DSL series lathe. While it has a smaller stroke, the presence of a fixed spindle enhances the rigidity of the machine, and the end of the fixed spindle can be equipped with a cost-effective feeder for feeding.
The utilization of dual-spindle lathes requires pairing with automation solutions to fully realize their value. Therefore, during the design process of this series, mature automation solutions for both loading and unloading have been considered to meet the majority of customer requirements.
