The L series models are designed to be efficient and cost-effective. Without compromising precision and functionality, the processing cost and manual assembly costs are reduced through shortened processing cycles and simplified structural designs.
3.Large Travel X-axis, Y-axis
The extended travel range of the X-axis allows the equipment to load more tools for processing through tool changer or additional turret installation. The extended travel of the Y-axis enables a broader range of iron-cutting processes in the Y-axis direction.
4.Efficiency-oriented or versatile, each model in the series excels in its own way
L series models are all orthogonal Y-axis turning and milling composite machines, where the Y-axis is orthogonal to the ZX plane, allowing for 4-axis linkage processing. Differentiation between models is based on the specific tools loaded, including the 4+4 power head turning and milling composite machine and the orthogonal Y-axis power turret turning and milling composite machine. In the 4+4 power head arrangement, four rotatable tools are combined, resulting in extremely fast tool-changing speeds and effectively improving processing efficiency. On the other hand, the orthogonal Y-axis power turret turning and milling composite machine sacrifices the arrangement of rotatable tools in favor of a greater quantity of power turret tools, offering more flexibility in tool combinations, and thus enhancing processing versatility.
