1.The machine tool control system adopts SYNTEC system, and other CNC systems are optional.

2. 4-Axis Simultaneous Machining with Dual Spindles
Dual Spindle Dual Turret Design, under the control of a multi-axis, multi-channel CNC system and post-processing program, not only achieves 4-axis simultaneous machining but also enables automatic part reversal machining. It can simultaneously perform rough and finish turning, possessing a range of multi-functional features, with two main spindle processes that do not interfere with each other.

3.2 sets of feed axes

In the highest configuration of this series, there are two sets of X, Y, Z feed axes, with both Y axes featuring a rigid orthogonal Y-axis structure. This design provides the machine tool with sufficient milling capability.

4. Low Resonance, High Precision
When the equipment is simultaneously machining bidirectionally, the maximum resonance value is below 5%, demonstrating outstanding performance. The static docking accuracy of the dual spindles can reach 0.005mm. The synchronized docking accuracy can achieve 0.01mm, meeting the needs of most customers.
